The Injection Packer is a specialized connecting component used for injection of epoxy and polyurethane (PU) resins into concrete structures for waterproofing and crack repair applications. Manufactured with high-grade material, it serves as a link between the injection pump and the structure, ensuring efficient and leak-free flow of resin during high-pressure grouting.

Built for strength and reliability, ConRepair Injection Packers are easy to install, remove, and reuse, which makes them highly cost-effective for multiple projects. They are designed to withstand high injection pressures, ensuring consistent resin penetration deep within concrete or masonry cracks. Available in a range of diameters and lengths, they can be selected based on the site-specific conditions, crack width, or depth of the structural element being treated.

The Injection Packers offered by Futurelayers are ideal for use in construction, civil engineering, waterproofing, and repair projects where precise resin injection is essential. They are manufactured for both surface-mounted and drilled applications, and their durable design prevents leakage or material loss during injection.

These packers are compatible with epoxy resin and PU injection pumps such as CY 800M1, CY 1000, and CY 800M2, allowing smooth and reliable operation for professional grouting applicators. Their corrosion-resistant body, tight sealing design, and robust build make them an indispensable accessory for any resin injection job.

Application Methodology

  1. Surface Preparation: Identify crack lines and mark drilling points at suitable intervals (typically 4–6 inches apart).

  2. Drilling: Drill holes at a depth suitable to reach the crack or void in the structure.

  3. Insert the Injection Packer: Gently hammer or fix the packer into the drilled hole to create a tight seal.

  4. Injection Process: Connect the hose of the injection pump to the packer and begin resin injection at the recommended pressure.

  5. Closing & Cleaning: After injection, allow curing as recommended. Remove or flush the packers once the resin sets completely.
