Application Methodology

  • Mixing

    • Mix Part A (resin) for 30 seconds.

    • Add Part B (hardener) to Part A.

    • Mix continuously for ~1 minute until uniform.

    • Transfer to another container and remix to ensure consistency.

  • Application

    • Pour primer onto prepared substrate.

    • Apply using brush, roller, or squeegee.

    • Back-roll in two directions for uniform coverage.

    • For porous surfaces, a second coat may be required.

    • Sand broadcast immediately for enhanced adhesion.

  • Consumption

    • ~0.15–0.25 kg/m² depending on surface absorbency.
